EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

Something else accepts returns and exchanges of products purchased on www.somethingelseapparel.com, within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. It is possible to change the size or color of the product. If you want to exchange one product for another, you need to return the product, request a refund and place a new order. All products must be returned with the invoice, all original labels, unused, unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Products that have been custom made or altered cannot be returned or exchanged for another.

The costs of returning the product as well as the costs in case of loss of the product are borne by the user.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT

Place the product in tightly closed packaging to prevent damage or loss. Fill out the Return and Exchange Form and send it with the product alongside the invoice. The return address must be stated on the shipment:

 In case of an exchange, we advise you to write us an e-mail to reserve another color and/or size. We will send you a new product as soon as we process your exchange.

REFUND

We will make a refund, including shipping costs, only after the product is returned to us. The refund will be made within 14 days, depending on your bank and the original payment method.
